Free home delivery across the UK is one of the standout benefits. Choose to have your prescriptions delivered directly to your door via Royal Mail at no cost — including items that require refrigeration. We deliver to any address in England, and there's no charge to you or the NHS. Alternatively, collect your medication from any Rowlands Pharmacy location within 2–3 working days.

Managing medication for loved ones has never been easier. If you're a carer or family member, you can order and manage prescriptions on behalf of someone else using unique online access codes from their GP. Decide whether their medication gets delivered to your address, sent directly to them, or picked up from a local pharmacy — complete flexibility at no extra cost.

Our service is entirely free to use. If you currently pay for prescriptions, you'll pay the standard NHS charge when you order. If you're exempt from prescription charges, simply add your exemption details or prepayment certificate in the app when prompted.
